By the Seashore Collection

“As I walk along the shore in the morning the ocean is changing it’s color green, to aquamarine, to blue. In the evening it changes to pink, to orange, to blue again and it keeps going on. Shells, I pick them up and hear the swishing sound of the sea. Fishes are popping up from the sea.  I look for smooth pieces of seaglass that come in all colors.”  

Design Process: Color palette inspired by the colors of the sea. Pattern design from my photos of shells. Watercolor motifs scanned, vectorized, and placed in repeat pattern design in Adobe Illustrator.
